Install instructions

For file ending in installer:

Double click the file, and dismiss the "Windows Protected Your Device" pop-up by pressing more info and then press "Run Anyway". Follow the installation instructions.

For source code: Install Pyton 3.7.3 or newer and install needed libraries

For BasicUtilities.exe: 

Double click the file, and dismiss the "Windows Protected Your Device" pop-up by pressing more info and then press "Run Anyway".
