Tetris 22 v0.7

Hello, users! Today is the second-last update before the final release! This update includes massive UI changes.

• The mouse is now visible on all screens except game
• Buttons are now used on all screens except game
• Key combinations still remain
• There is a new option to show/hide the grid
• Pressing play now takes you to a menu with "new game". This is for the next 0.8 [1.0] update. Click new game to play
• You can now set the difficulty. There is easy (what it has been), moderate, difficult, and ridiculous (impossible if you have a good PC)
